Information you choose to share

The studio inquiry form asks for a first or artist name, a contact method, your service interest, timing, and optional project details. Consent is collected separately for email and phone or text follow-up. Do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in the message.

How your inquiry is used

When connected, the server uses Square Customer Directory to store or update your inquiry and consent record. Credentials remain on the server. If Square is temporarily unavailable, an encrypted server queue can hold your inquiry for retry; the form tells you whether it was delivered or queued. If delivery is not configured, the form does not save your details and tells you to book directly or contact the studio.

The site does not send marketing emails or automated texts. Staff use the consent you provide to respond about your inquiry. Your details are not sold. Any future marketing program requires its own opt-out process.

Storage and access

Only the studio’s authorized operators and service providers needed to handle the inquiry should access it. Successfully delivered queue payloads are deleted. Pending or failed queue records expire after 30 days. Square records remain until the studio removes them under its retention process or handles an applicable deletion request.

Booking and payments

Booking links take you to Square, which handles its own booking and payment information under its own privacy terms. The website does not collect payment card details. The contact section loads a map from OpenStreetMap when it approaches the screen. That provider receives ordinary request information, such as your IP address. Tapping directions opens a supported map app or website; your location is handled by that provider, not this site.

Cookies and measurement

This build does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. A local browser setting remembers whether you paused decorative motion. The setting contains no contact information. It emits local page events for booking clicks and form outcomes without personal details; no analytics provider receives those events unless the owner later connects one. Hosting and Square may process ordinary request information under their own policies.
