Email and phone
Email pulseworksmedia@gmail.com with “Contact preferences” in the subject, or call 754-800-4761. Tell the studio which contact method to stop. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Text messages
If you receive a text, reply STOP or contact the studio directly to request no further texts. Requests must be reviewed by the studio and applied to its contact list and any messaging provider it uses. This website does not send automated texts.
What happens next
The studio handles requests manually. Sending a request does not instantly change Square’s records or cancel an appointment. If an appointment or payment needs attention, contact the studio separately.
